The most compact CNC turning lathe, especially designed for turning wedding- and friendship rings, on today's market.
This unit has been designed in partnership with several experienced customers, our technical background, a field specialised software company and one of world's largest CNC building companies.
This mix leads undoubtly to a succes story for all future users.
Companies do not have to invest anymore in experienced CNC programmers as the machine comes standardly with our user-friendly operating software. With just some mouse- clicks, you chose your basic model, enter the needed values and start the machine.
Due to the linear positioning of the tools, this unit can be considered as one of the fastes ring making machines on the market.
Our CNC lathe RL-30 works standardly from tubes upto diameter 27 mm with a maximum lenght of 1000 mm.(Recommended length 400 mm)
An automatic bar-feeding device is standardly mounted on the unit. Upon request, we can deliver the machine with tooling for individual ring blank turning

SOFTWARE :

Several tasks can be continuously send to the machine (tasklist) and the machine will produce the requested items as listed.
Several basic ringshapes are preprogrammed.
You just have to click your desired model from the library and enter the desired values.
Select the kind of metal you're working with, the computer will load the adjusted software for this purpose.
Is it gold, silver, platinum, stainlessn steel or titanium, the results will be always the same.
The required tools can be changed in a few minutes thanks to the self centering toolholders.
